•	Entering rent invoices every month in Quickbooks/Buildium.
•	Receiving and depositing rent 
•	Constant communication with all the property managers 
•	Turn on/off utility services
•	Entering and paying utilities, insurance, property taxes, commissions, property subs, and any other bills.
•	File 1099’s for property subs 
•	Answering phone calls/emails
