• Reconcile bank accounts
• Ensure office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
• Pay sales taxes
• Maintain vehicle records
• Maintain financial records
• Work with CPA and CFO to ensure all taxes are filed and paid
• Foster relationships with banks and other outside vendors
• Set KBM up in new states for payroll
• Assist with HR / Payroll
• Support office staff as needed
• Post available jobs
