I complete inspection reports to find areas of opportunities, conduct walkthroughs with managers and subcontractors to ensure we’re all on the same page, communicate expectations to cleaning supervisors and work with them until those expectations are met, create schedules to provide appropriate coverage in multiple large markets, collaborate with my operations team to find innovative solutions to systemic problems we see within our industry, provide professional and emotional support to every person I work with day to day, and I also work as a customer service agent for all the theaters within my region.
