About the job:
This individual is responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of assigned area within a specific movie theater. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:
- Clean and sanitize restroom floors, sinks, toilets, stalls in restrooms, as well as empty trash.
- Clean auditoriums (mop, sweep, vacuum, dusting, etc..), as well as empty trash.
- Other janitorial duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Provide a W-9 (October 2018 Version)
- Provide an Active Business license issued by the state or Certificate of Filing
-(Name on Business License must match what is on Certificate of Insurance and W-9)
-Provide an IRS Tax filing form- SS-4 – If you have an EIN number
-Sign a subcontractor Agreement Contract.
-Sign a subcontractor Compliance with Code of Business Ethics Form Signed & Dated.
-Provide a liability Form
-Provide Bank Account Information for Direct Deposit
-Provide proof of Workers Comp and General Liability Certificate of Insurance (See Below)
-Provide proof of LIABILITY INSURANCE. Sub-Contractor shall provide its own liability insurance and name Contractor as an additional insured.
$1,000,000 Each Occurrence • $1,000,000 Each incident for personal and advertising injury • $2,000,000 General Aggregate
- Must have good references
- Employees must have proper documentation to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
- Ability to work overnight including holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions & instructions
